Member jurisdictions contributed in every form imaginable, providing data, reviewing documents, completing forms, committing local match funding, writing and editing text, and submitting letters of support. Multi-jurisdictional ATP applications are among the most complex grant proposals in the active transportation funding world, particularly when project elements fall within Caltrans right-of-way. Strong working relationships across agencies made it possible to meet the deadline.
