WCCTC is one of four Regional Transportation Planning Committees (RTPCs) in Contra Costa County and represents the West Contra Costa County sub-area.
WCCTC Board meetings are usually held the 4th Friday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
WCCTC Technical Advisory Committee meetings are usually held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
WCCTC is convening a Special Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting on May 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM, focused on the One Bay Area Grant Cycle 4 (OBAG 4), and the Measure J Transportation for Livable Communities (TLC) and Pedestrian, Bicycle and Trail Facilities (PBTF) programs.
