WCCTC is one of four Regional Transportation Planning Committees (RTPCs) in Contra Costa County and represents the West Contra Costa County sub-area.
WCCTC Board meetings are usually held the 4th Friday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
WCCTC Technical Advisory Committee meetings are usually held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The WCCTC Board authorized staff to release the Call for Projects for the 2019 STMP (Cycle 3) on January 13, 2026. Applications are due March 20, 2026.
The West Contra Costa Transportation Advisory Committee (WCCTAC) has changed its name to West Contra Costa Transportation Commission (WCCTC) to provide greater clarity to the public and to our organizational partners.
