Over the weekend, we learned with great sadness of the passing of H.E. Christian (Chris) Peeples, WCCTC Commissioner and AC Transit Director on August 8, 2025.  Commissioner Peeples served on the WCCTC Board of Directors for many years as both a director and an alternate.  He always brought intelligence, compassion and insight to whatever forum he participated in.  AC Transit posted a lovely tribute to Commissioner Peeples on its website that we share with you:   HONORING THE MEMORY OF BOARD DIRECTOR H.E.
